The Mammoth Smoker is designed to smoke meat from directly underneath.  The Mammoth's unique shape helps evenly distribute the smoke around whatever your are smoking.  Dual exhaust smoke stack design allows for more control of smoke.  Steel fire door is large enough to make stoking your fire easy as well.  The Mammoth also has a steel base that can also be hitched to any class II trailer hitch.
